Meet Our Team

Owner

Born in Missoula and raised in Lolo MT, Vince was a very active kid, playing sports, hunting and fishing, spending time with family. After graduating high school in 2003 he joined the army to work on helicopters. Vince spent several years stationed in Germany, after some time deployed, he returned to Montana. In 2009 Vince attended the UoM for business and in 2012 continued his education by moving to MSU to pursue engineering. After joining the Montana National Guard in 2012 Vince was accepted to Army flight school. Currently Vince runs construction companies as his full time job, while flying part-time for the guard. Vince, his beautiful wife, and 4 kids, live in Helena where they spend a lot of time together outdoors.

Interior Designer/Drafter

A Montana native, Donna was born and raised in E. Helena. She started high school at Capital High, but graduated from Helena High and a year later joined the MT Army National Guard. Her sense of adventure moved her to go active duty where she served 3 years in West Berlin, Germany. After returning home, she received her BA in Interior Design from MSU Bozeman. Donna has been in the design business for over 20 years and is passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces.

In her spare time Donna enjoys spending time with her family, 4wheeling, playing games, doing anything with crafting, sewing and antiques, as well as volunteering in the community and at her church.

Office Manager

Born in Livingston, Montana, I spent the majority of my childhood moving around Montana until I was 16. I then moved to Gregory, South Dakota, where I graduated High School. Went on to Western Dakota Technical College in Rapid City, South Dakota, where I received my associate degree in business administration. After college, I moved back to Montana and have been living in Helena for 20+ years. My husband and I are fortunate enough to have four beautiful daughters and four wonderful grandchildren. I spend my free time reading, camping, going to garage sales, and spending time with family.

Remodeling Supervisor

I was born and raised in Montana and have worked in construction for the past 10 years. I am the supervisor of the remodeling crew for Montana Caliber and do most of the tile and finish work. In my free time I participate in the arts, volleyball, hunting, and enjoy watching the local Bighorns hockey team.

Framing Supervisor

I grew up all over the country; my father was a career soldier as a welder. I grew up around makers of all types and trades. I served in the Marine Corps infantry for five years and moved to Missoula to attend UM. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History, and studied U.S History in grad school with an emphasis on industry and labor. I have been in the construction industry for eight years to include abatement, commercial construction, and residential construction: specializing in all aspects of carpentry work. I am currently a framing supervisor.
